jilliph Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the jilliph Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, players, and contributors of content.

Your acceptance of these Terms is further confirmed by any of the following actions: (a) clicking "I Agree" or any similar acceptance button during the registration process; (b) completing the account registration process; (c) making a deposit into your jilliph account; or (d) participating in any game, promotion, or other service offered through the Platform.

jilliph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

To register and use the jilliph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilliph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jilliph Platform or any other gaming platform operated by jilliph's affiliates.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

jilliph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jilliph may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full features of the jilliph Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jilliph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jilliph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the jilliph Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

jilliph reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon detection of suspicious activity. KYC documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the jilliph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jilliph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card transactions.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your jilliph account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jilliph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jilliph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jilliph account holder. jilliph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times are as follows:

• GCash: Typically within 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• PayMaya / Maya: Typically within 30 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank Transfer: Within one (1) business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Debit Card: Within one (1) to three (3) business days.

Prohibited Payment Methods. jilliph strictly does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Any attempt to fund an account using prohibited payment methods will result in the reversal of the transaction and may trigger an account review.

jilliph reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional verification, or delay withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks in accordance with Philippine law.

jilliph offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jilliph promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the time limit.
• jilliph reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live dealer games, certain table games, and other specified titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

Bonus Abuse. jilliph employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software or bots, exploiting game mechanics to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended, all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

jilliph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any player from a promotion where there is reasonable evidence of abuse or breach of these Terms.

All games available on the jilliph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

jilliph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and unpredictable. Live dealer games are operated by internationally accredited live dealer studios and are subject to their own operational standards and oversight.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jilliph's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any game round. jilliph will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly, but shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. jilliph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before placing wagers.

jilliph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was affected by a technical error, software bug, or any form of cheating or manipulation. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilliph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker and live dealer games.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting known or unknown bugs are void and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jilliph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jilliph account, or accessing or using another player's account.

jilliph reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a violation of these Terms. Such determinations are final and binding.

All content on the jilliph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interface designs, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of jilliph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform; or (d) use the jilliph name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of jilliph's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which jilliph reserves all legal remedies.

jilliph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilliph complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience.

jilliph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

jilliph strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. If jilliph has reason to believe that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilliph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

jilliph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilliph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. jilliph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilliph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jilliph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Conduct that jilliph reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or jilliph's reputation.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

You may close your jilliph account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect following termination.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jilliph arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting jilliph's support team at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, jilliph reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

jilliph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, jilliph will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page under "Last Updated." It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Closing your account after the effective date of an amendment will be treated as acceptance of the amended Terms for the period during which you continued to use the Platform.
